Where is my order? 

Your order tracking information will be sent by email confirmation within 24-48 hours of placing an order. If you still have additional questions or did not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact info@marloco.co.

What size am I? 

Most of our hats are One Size Fits Most (OSFM).  However some of our styles will indicate size options where applicable. 

• Retro Trucker Hat - Mid Profile:  7" - 7 5/8" 
• Retro Trucker hat - Low- Profile: 6 1/2" - 7 1/4" 

If you do not know your hat size, carefully measure your head using a flexible (cloth/plastic) tape measure. To ensure you measure the circumference of your head correctly, the tape measure needs to be over the middle of your forehead, just above your ears and sit midway at the back of your head.

How do I cancel my Order? 

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications. If by change you are able to connect with us before the shipment has left our HQ on Lombard St. will we be able to make changes or cancel the order.  If already shipped, we are more than happy to help you with a return for a full refund once you have received your gear if needed. The customer is required to pay return shipping, but we will honor a full refund within 30 days of purchase for unused and unworn apparel. 

How long do orders usually take to ship? 

Purchases are made-to-order and hand finished at our HQ on Lombard Street, SF. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (& stitching with love.) Most shipping within the continental United States is 1-2 business days.

How do I make a return? 

Pease contact info@marloco.co with your order number and reason for return. If unworn and in new condition we will provide an RMA number.  You have the option of getting your own return label or we can send you one from our shipping account and deduct from total refunded amount when item is received.

Inspired by the outdoors, the Marloco journey began in San Francisco, CA when our founder, ditched the daily tech grind to get back to what matters most; building connections and inspiring positive change. 

Designed and hand-finished on iconic Lombard St, our patches are 100% embroidered and capture the vibrant energy of the Golden State.

Right now, we sell hats but we’re designing a whole lot more, so stay tuned for future releases and more opportunities to look good, do good, and make waves.
